In order to provide you with the best study materials for your pharmacy law exams, we collect certain personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines how we collect, use, share, and protect that information.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Academic Integrity Policy sets forth the standards of academic conduct expected of all users of MPJEReview, including candidates, subscribers, contributors, contractors, and institutional partners who engage with our content, assessments, or services.

MPJEReview, operated by CarePath Education, LLC, is committed to promoting a culture of honesty, responsibility, and ethical behavior. • Individual learners accessing MPJEReview materials

  • Institutional license holders and their students

  • Subject matter experts (SMEs), instructors, and proctors

  • Any user engaging with quizzes, simulations, or evaluations on the MPJEReview platform

2. Definition of Academic Integrity and Misconduct

2.1 Definition of Academic Integrity
Academic integrity is the commitment to honesty, fairness, responsibility, and respect in the pursuit of knowledge. At MPJEReview, it involves using our study materials, assessments, and simulations in a manner that reflects your own understanding and effort, free from cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct (Examples of Academic Misconduct)
Academic misconduct includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:

  • Cheating: Using unauthorized materials, tools, or assistance during quizzes, assessments, or simulations.

  • Plagiarism: Representing another person’s work (including MPJEReview content) as your own without attribution.

  • Content Sharing: Distributing, copying, screenshotting, or publishing MPJEReview questions, answers, or study materials in any form.

  • Misuse of Institutional Access: Institutions and universities may not allow non-eligible users to access MPJEReview under a group license.

2.3 Intent vs. Outcome
Academic misconduct may be intentional or unintentional. However, lack of intent will not necessarily exempt users from consequences if the misconduct undermines the fairness or validity of MPJEReview’s educational services.

3. User Responsibilities and Affirmations

4.1 Reporting Violations
Any individual—user, educator, or administrator—who suspects a violation of this Academic Integrity Policy is encouraged to report it immediately to MPJEReview. Reports can be submitted via our official contact form or through a designated integrity reporting channel. Anonymous reports will be accepted, though they may limit our ability to investigate thoroughly.

4.2 Investigation Procedures
Upon receiving a report or identifying suspicious activity, MPJEReview will initiate a prompt and impartial investigation. This process may include:

  • Reviewing activity logs, access records, or exam timestamps

  • Examining communication patterns (e.g., unusual login locations or time overlaps)

  • Interviewing involved parties

MPJEReview may temporarily suspend access during the investigation if necessary to maintain exam security or content integrity.

4.3 Determination and Resolution
Following the investigation, MPJEReview will determine whether a violation occurred and what corrective actions are appropriate. In serious cases, an internal review panel may be convened to ensure fairness and consistency in decision-making.

MPJEReview reserves the right to consult with legal counsel or institutional administrators, especially when institutional access is involved.

4.4 Cooperation Requirement
All users and institutions agree to cooperate fully with any academic integrity investigation as a condition of continued access to the platform.
