1. INTRODUCTION
MPJEReview, operated by CarePath Education, LLC, affirms its commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning and working environment. We do not tolerate discrimination in any form, whether in our content, operations, partnerships, or platform interactions.
MPJEReview does not advocate, support, or practice discrimination against any individual or group based on race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ethnicity, sex, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability (mental or physical), genetic information, veteran status, marital status, citizenship, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
We believe that inclusivity and equal access to education are foundational to professional excellence in pharmacy law and public safety. As such, we are committed to policies and practices that promote fair treatment and opportunity for all stakeholders.
2. PURPOSE
This policy sets forth MPJEReview’s position and responsibilities in preventing and responding to discrimination within its operations and services. The purpose of this policy is to:
Affirm MPJEReview’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ensure that all learners, employees, contractors, and institutional partners are treated with dignity and respect.
Establish governance structures and responsibilities to monitor compliance with anti-discrimination standards.
Provide a framework for reporting, investigating, and resolving complaints of discriminatory behavior.
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal anti-discrimination laws and regulations.
This policy is designed not only to prevent discriminatory practices but also to proactively foster a culture where diverse perspectives are valued and all individuals can thrive.
3. POLICY STATEMENT
MPJEReview does not advocate, support, or tolerate discrimination of any kind. Specifically, we do not permit discrimination on the basis of:
Race or color
Ethnicity or national origin
Religion or belief system
Sex, gender, or gender identity/expression
Age
Disability (physical, mental, or developmental)
Sexual orientation
Genetic information
Marital or parental status
Citizenship or immigration status
Veteran or military status
Socioeconomic background
Language or accent
This policy applies to all aspects of MPJEReview’s operations, including but not limited to:
Recruitment, hiring, and engagement of staff or subject matter experts
Development and delivery of educational content
Access to study materials, assessments, or support services
Institutional or partner relationships
Communications, forums, and user interactions on the platform
MPJEReview will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and those with sincerely held religious beliefs, provided such accommodations do not impose undue hardship or fundamentally alter the nature of our services.
We strive to ensure that all individuals—regardless of background or identity—can fully participate in and benefit from our educational resources without fear of bias, exclusion, or marginalization.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROCEDURES
4.1 Organizational Responsibilities
MPJEReview, through CarePath Education, LLC, is responsible for implementing and upholding this Anti-Discrimination Policy. Specific responsibilities include:
Ensuring leadership and staff are trained on anti-discrimination principles and compliance expectations
Monitoring for discriminatory practices or systemic barriers within the platform, content, or service delivery
Promptly investigating and resolving any reported violations of this policy
Taking corrective or disciplinary action as necessary to address violations
Periodically reviewing the policy for legal compliance and cultural relevance
4.2 Responsibilities of Staff, Contractors, and Affiliates
All employees, SMEs, contractors, and institutional partners of MPJEReview must:
Conduct themselves in a respectful, inclusive, and equitable manner
Avoid discriminatory remarks, behaviors, or decisions in any professional context
Promptly report observed or suspected discrimination through designated reporting channels
Cooperate in any investigation or resolution process undertaken by MPJEReview leadership
4.3 Reporting and Complaint Procedures
Individuals who believe they have experienced or witnessed discrimination related to MPJEReview may report concerns confidentially by:
Emailing [designated compliance email]
Submitting a complaint via MPJEReview’s contact or help center
Notifying a member of senior leadership or designated compliance officer
Reports may be made anonymously, although doing so may limit the scope of investigation. All reports will be handled with discretion and sensitivity.
4.4 Investigation and Resolution Process
Upon receiving a complaint, MPJEReview will:
Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five (5) business days
Conduct a fair, prompt, and impartial investigation
Provide the opportunity for involved parties to be heard
Determine findings based on facts and take appropriate remedial actions, including warnings, suspension, termination, or other sanctions
Inform the complainant of the resolution outcome, to the extent legally permissible
5. AUTHORIZATION AND REVIEW
5.1 Policy Authorization
This Anti-Discrimination Policy is authorized and issued by the executive leadership of CarePath Education, LLC, the operating entity of MPJEReview. It reflects our ongoing commitment to providing an inclusive, respectful, and legally compliant educational environment.
This policy shall be considered effective upon issuance and remains in force unless formally revised or revoked by the Company.
5.2 Annual Review and Updates
MPJEReview will review this policy at least annually, or as required by changes in applicable laws or institutional partnerships. Updates will be made as needed to ensure continued alignment with best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and to reflect evolving social, legal, and educational standards.
5.3 Policy Distribution and Acknowledgment
This policy shall be published publicly on MPJEReview’s website and distributed to all staff, subject matter experts, contractors, and institutional partners. Acknowledgment of receipt and agreement to comply with the policy may be required as a condition of continued employment, partnership, or access to the MPJEReview platform.
