About the Role
The Content QA Specialist is the last line of defense before MPJE materials go live. You’ll check for typos, formatting issues, style inconsistencies, and factual errors — especially in state-specific laws — ensuring every piece of content is polished and professional.
Responsibilities
- Review written and visual content for formatting, grammar, and clarity
- Ensure consistency with our editorial and branding guidelines
- Identify gaps, confusing phrasing, or contradictory information
- Coordinate with writers, editors, and SMEs for fixes or clarifications
- Track and document issues in collaborative tools (Google Docs, Notion, etc.)
Requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and grammar
- Experience in proofreading, QA, or editing
- Comfort with legal or educational subject matter
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Bonus
- Pharmacy or healthcare background
- Familiarity with MPJE subject matter or pharmacy board language
- Experience with quality assurance workflows in digital publishing
