Refund Policy
Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before completing your purchase.
1. Non-Refundable Purchases
By completing your purchase and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable, subscription-based service. Once access has been granted to the materials — whether digital or otherwise — the sale is considered final.
This policy applies to all MPJEReview products and services, including online course content, test banks, and any physical materials.
2. Chargebacks & Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute, you acknowledge that MPJEReview has the right to enforce this non-refundable policy. Any credit card chargebacks or disputes will be contested in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
3. Subscription Access & Expiration
Each online course is set for a fixed-duration access period only. Please note that access expires when the calendar day begins; for example, if your access expires on January 11, the access ends after midnight on January 10.
MPJEReview reserves the right to terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to the platform at its discretion upon written notice, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
4. Account Holds & Study Interruptions
If you are unable to continue your studies and need to pause your access, you may contact us at support@mpjereview.com to place your account on hold.
Please note:
You may place your account on hold a maximum of two (2) times. We are not able to credit back or extend online access retroactively for time that has already elapsed. When you are ready to resume, contact us and your service will be reinstated with the same number of remaining days.
5. Technical Issues
Minor technical issues — such as page loading errors, temporary login problems, unsaved progress, or display bugs — do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or compensation.
In the event of a system-wide outage lasting more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours, MPJEReview may, at its discretion, offer an extension of access but is not required to provide refunds or monetary compensation.
Users must promptly report any technical issues to support@mpjereview.com. Failure to do so, or refusal to cooperate with basic troubleshooting, does not void the non-refundable sale.
6. Shipping (Physical Materials)
Shipping times may vary and delivery could take longer than expected. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that items will not be lost or delayed during shipping.
To avoid delays, we highly recommend ordering the online course content, which provides immediate access.
